Skip Mailing List Confirmation Emails

When a customer signs a DPA or NDA, you already have their explicit consent to communicate with them. Requiring them to click a confirmation email on top of that adds friction for no real reason.

You can now add subscribers to your compliance page mailing list without triggering a confirmation email. This is perfect for contacts who’ve already given consent through a signed agreement, a sales conversation, or any other legitimate channel.

Of course, the standard double opt-in flow is still the default for new signups. This option simply gives you the flexibility to skip it when you already have consent documented elsewhere.
